Onaqt wasn't dreamt up in a product workshop. We're a telecom services company first. We've run field crews across circles, chased timesheets, reconciled month-end expenses, and paid the price of every delayed sign-off. We built Onaqt because nothing we were handed was made for people who don't sit at desks.
So we built the opposite. A platform that starts at the site and ends in the books, made by a team that has shipped real field systems for construction, telecom and infrastructure operators. People who live and die by what happens on the ground.

How does pricing actually work?+
Per active field worker, per month. If someone doesn't work that month, you don't pay for them. No seat licences gathering dust. Annual billing gets you two months free, and the 14-day trial doesn't ask for a card.
Do the AI agents act on their own?+
No. Every agent suggestion lands in the Suggestion Queue with a confidence score and waits for a person to accept it. The only thing that runs unattended is the Approval agent, and it works strictly inside approval policies you define yourself. Every action is logged to the Activity Feed.
Does it work where the network doesn't?+
Yes. The Onaqt Android app captures punch-ins, work logs and claims offline, then syncs when the signal returns. It was built for basements, remote sites and patchy rural coverage, because that's where our own crews work.
Where is our data hosted, and who can see it?+
Data is hosted in India. Onaqt is multi-tenant with strict server-side isolation: your organisation's data is only ever visible to your organisation, and role-based access controls what each person sees inside it.
How long does setup take?+
Most teams are live in a day. Set up projects and sites, load employees (or bulk-import attendance from your existing registers), and have crews install the app from Google Play. There's no on-site deployment and no training workshop.
Does it connect to our accounting software?+
Onaqt syncs with both Zoho Books and QuickBooks. Approved vendor bills and invoices land straight in the books you already run, with no re-typing and no parallel entry. More integrations are coming; tell us what you use and we'll prioritise it.
